Serenity on the Bay in Fairhope, Alabama was built in 2003. It is located on the coast line of the eastern shore of Mobile Bay, within walking distance to Point Clear and the center of Fairhope, Alabama. This luxury house is tucked away in a private location that embodies the perfect atmosphere to escape. The functionality meshed into this delightful home validates the ambiance. Night or day, the view of Mobile Bay is exceptional. Welcome the sunset - a virtually perfect view from this location. Capture the sunrise in the morning as it glistens on the bay.

Serenity on the Bay has been built to maintain a family legacy. The house is decorated with the decor that you will find clearly articulates the pride that we share. To add to the amenities of the home you have a private pier.

The first floor includes a master suite, master bathroom with double sinks, oversized garden tub and a separate shower, kitchen, great room, dining room, powder room, and a pantry with a washer and dryer. Each enclosed room has ten foot ceilings. The front of the house is surrounded with windows that provide a panoramic view of the bay.

The vaulted dining room and great room is integrated with a fireplace, television, CD and DVD/VHS players. Upstairs are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a bonus room that sleeps two and an office. Ceiling fans adorn throughout each room.

The kitchen and bathrooms are fully supplied with the essential needs. A privacy fence and a row of tropical bamboo enclose the property. The bay side of the house has an open veranda, which is truly enjoyed by those who love the evening sunsets!

The house is fully supplied with the essential necessities. It is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shops in Fairhope. We invite you to experience a treasured location and what we would consider a six-star vacation home.

A security deposit is required. Minimum reservations accepted three nights. Rates and required length of stay are subject to change during holidays and special events in the area. If you desire house cleaning service or catered food, please inquire when making your reservations. Check-out Time: 10 a.m. for nightly rentals. Check in time 2:00 p.m. (you may check-in earlier if available). This is a private home - Sorry, no smoking or pets; not apposite for parties.
